Newegg has reduced the cost of a specific pre-built gaming computer. The ABS Stratos II Ruby is currently available for $2,549.99, representing a $450 decrease from its list price.
The system features an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. It also includes 32GB of DDR5 memory. According to Tom's Hardware, this specific configuration is the least expensive RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC currently sold on the Newegg platform.
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is an eight-core chip that utilizes AMD's 3D V-Cache technology. This design increases the available L3 cache to 96MB. A larger cache reduces the frequency with which the processor accesses slower system memory, which lowers latency and stabilizes frame rates. Tom's Hardware notes that while the chip is no longer at the very top of its CPU benchmarks, no Intel processor currently matches an X3D part for gaming performance.
The graphics card is a current-generation Nvidia Blackwell unit with 8,960 CUDA cores. It contains 16GB of GDDR7 video memory, which provides more headroom than the 8GB found on lower-end RTX 5060 and RTX 5050 models. The outlet reports that the card can handle 4K gaming with ray tracing in current titles, though users may need to adjust settings in the most demanding games at that resolution.
The remaining specifications include two 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB memory modules running at 6,000 MT/s. Storage is provided by a 2TB Team Group NV5000 M.2 SSD with Gen 4 speeds. The system also includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Ethernet connectivity, and a Bitspower 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler.
ABS is a brand owned by Newegg, which explains the wide availability of its systems on the retailer's site. Tom's Hardware expects the offer to sell out quickly. In a report dated October 23, 2026, the outlet described the price as strong for the current market, citing the discount and the combination of the 9800X3D and RTX 5070 Ti.
