TechCrunch is reducing the cost of admission to its Founder Summit 2026 by 25 percent. The discount applies to tickets for the event scheduled for November 4 at the SoWa Power Station in Boston. Organizers are also offering a limited buy-one-get-one deal that allows attendees to bring a colleague for free.

The price reduction coincides with the release of a detailed agenda featuring six small-group roundtables. These sessions are designed for detailed discussion where participants bring their own questions and describe internal company challenges. The topics cover enterprise sales, vertical strategy, artificial intelligence, and lean team management.

Alexandra Ames of Blueprint Lab will lead the first session at 10:45 a.m. She will discuss how early-stage companies can approach events strategically without a full-time events team. The session will cover choosing opportunities and defining success with limited resources. At 11:30 a.m., two parallel sessions will begin. Chirag Shah of Define Ventures will address the difficulties of entering regulated markets and complex buying environments.

Shishir Tewari of Procore Technologies will discuss knowledge graphs and GraphRAG during the same 11:30 a.m. slot. He will explain how these tools can provide stronger context to AI systems in real-world organizations. Merve Kitapci of ADIN.AI will speak at 1:15 p.m. on winning major enterprise customers before a Series A funding round. Her session will focus on long buying cycles and the credibility gained from prominent customer logos.

Andy Tang of Draper Associates will lead a 1:55 p.m. conversation for founders whose products do not fit established categories. He will address how to explain and sell such products to investors. Linden Tibbets, CEO of IFTTT, will close the roundtable schedule at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how smaller teams can use AI to raise output without adding headcount, focusing on hiring and efficiency.

The roundtables are part of a larger program that includes sessions on the Build and Impact Stages. Topics include product-market fit, fundraising, and scaling companies outside the Bay Area. Steve Fredette, co-founder of Toast, is among the leaders slated to share perspectives. Founders will also compete in a live pitch competition called So You Think You Can Pitch? A Networking Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares will provide additional social time.
